  • Application forwarded through proper channel and Photocopy of the service certificate is must to consider the application.
  • Demand Draft for Rs.500/- should be in favour to the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University payable at Puducherry / Pondicherry from any Nationalised Bank. Participant must write his/her name, address and course name on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
  • Participant & Course name, Phone Number (Mobile Number), E-Mail Id. Are must to consider the application. Admission will be sent by E-mail in most of  the cases.
  • The filled in application should be sent to the The Director, UGC-Academic Staff College, Pondicherry University, Kalpet, Puducherry- 605 014.
